A former retail unit at Greenwich Peninsula has been transformed into a high-performance, six-bay Inrange® Indoor experience, setting a new benchmark for the commercial viability of indoor golf ranges.
The facility’s performance has shattered previous revenue expectations for the space tripling the annual revenue in the first three months.

For Declan Malone, owner of the Just Golf Group, the decision to pivot from traditional retail to an indoor social golf experience was rooted in maximizing ROI.
"We saw an opportunity to take a space that was underutilised and turn it into something world-class and we’ve seen over 2,500 sessions in the first 90 days of operation" says Declan. "By bringing the Inrange outdoor experience inside, we’ve created a high quality asset that drives serious revenue regardless of the weather."
The success of the project proves that the 'Indoor Range' is no longer just a secondary option for rainy days; it is a primary, highly profitable category for urban expansion. The facility demonstrates how "intelligent space conversion" can turn low-yield real estate into a powerhouse of activity.
